Heidi Happonen
Heidi draws on more than ten years of experience helping businesses identify and achieve their communications and marketing goals. She brings robust experience in both B2C and B2B strategies for national and local companies representing a variety of industries.
She began her career in Helsinki, Finland working with multi-national corporations such as Nokia and Toyota of Finland. Returning to the U.S. in 2000, Heidi then worked with DDB Public Relations where she quickly rose to Senior Account Executive managing the communications strategies for leading local and national brands. Her work at DDB was recognized with three Totem Awards from the Public Relations Society of America.
Most recently Heidi managed PR for MILA, Inc., one of Snohomish County’s largest employers, where she received the prestigious international Platinum MarCom award from The Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals. Her work with online communications at MILA has also been recognized with the national Clarion Award.
Heidi lives in the South Snohomish County area with her husband Johannes and their two children, Julius and Josefina.
